We are a clothing retailer based in the United Kingdom and sell products worldwide through our Shopify store.

PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:
- colours may vary depending on your device;
- sizing may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances;
- all products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
International customers may see converted prices at checkout depending on Shopify settings.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where an obvious pricing mistake has occurred.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
An order is accepted only once you receive a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- products are unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- pricing errors occur;
- fraudulent activity is suspected.
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability or other information and to cancel orders where necessary
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier services;
- customs clearance;
- adverse weather;
- postal disruption;
- events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applicable in their country.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Returned items must be posted back within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return or refund, please email shop@coldbath.com with your order number included in the subject line of your email. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges paid to your local authorities are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@coldbath.com so we can resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where appropriate, we will arrange:
- a replacement;
- an exchange;
- a repair; or
- a full refund.
PROMOTIONS
Discount codes:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot normally be combined with other offers;
- may only be used once unless stated otherwise;
- may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Orders using discount codes fraudulently may be cancelled.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including:
- photographs;
- graphics;
- logos;
- artwork;
- product designs;
- text;
- branding;
is owned by or licensed to Coldbath.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
